Feelback provides an embeddable review widget and AI-curated reward system that helps businesses collect genuine customer reviews. Our service includes the review collection widget, reward fulfillment, analytics dashboard, and related tools.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time with reasonable notice.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.

You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction to create an account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

You may not use our services to submit fake, misleading, or spam reviews.

You may not attempt to manipulate the review or reward system through automated means, multiple accounts, or fraudulent activity.

You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of our widget or services.

You may not use our services to collect or harvest personal information of other users.

Businesses using our widget must display reviews authentically and may not selectively hide or alter review content.

Reviews submitted through our platform are the intellectual property of the reviewer. By submitting a review, you grant Feelback and the business where you left the review a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and use the review content.

We reserve the right to remove reviews that violate our guidelines, contain hate speech, personal attacks, or are determined to be fraudulent.

Rewards are provided through brand partnerships and are subject to availability and partner terms.

Feelback does not guarantee specific reward availability or value. Reward offerings may change at any time.

Rewards cannot be exchanged for cash unless explicitly stated.

Attempting to game the reward system through fake reviews or automated submissions will result in account suspension and forfeiture of pending rewards.

Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

Feelback shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
